Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cauliflower florets
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 medium lime
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
How to Make It
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with coconut oil. Sprinkle with chili powder and garlic powder. Place seasoned cauliflower into the air fryer basket.
- Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 7 minutes.
- Cauliflower will be tender and begin to turn golden at the edges. Place into serving bowl.
- Cut the lime into quarters and squeeze juice over cauliflower. Garnish with cilantro.
