This meaty quiche is delicious served alongside baby potatoes and a crisp green salad.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup ground beef (cooked, drained)
- 1 (9″) unbaked deep-dish pie shell
- 1½ cups Cheddar cheese (cut into cubes)
- ½ cup green onions (sliced)
- Dash of black pepper
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 3 medium eggs
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
How to Make It
- Preheat the main oven to 400 degrees F.
- Evenly spread the drained beef in the pie shell.
- Cover the meat with the cheese, onions and a pinch of pepper.
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the milk, eggs, and cornstarch. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the pie shell ingredients.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until the top, is entirely set.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy.
