Ingredients
- 2 cup sliced celery
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef stock
- 4 pounds cubed pork meat
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 2 cups chopped cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic & 3-4 bay leaves (discard after cooking)
How to Make It
- Put ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.
