Ingredients

- ½ cup carrot juice
- 1½ cups fat-free, plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup honey
How to Make It
- Whisk together carrot juice, yogurt, and honey.
- Stir in blueberries gently.
- Pour the mixture into the molds. Freeze for 30 minutes..
- Add sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
