Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup cottage cheese, grated
- 3 cups tomato puree
- 1 medium white onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
- Put cabbage, tomato puree, white onion, butter, salt and pepper in large and deep bottom pan. Pour in 1 quart of water and cover the pan with a lid. Let it simmer over low heat for 40-45 minutes or until cabbage is cooked through.
- Once done, remove the lid from pan and add in 3 cheeses. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Once done, remove the pan from heat and pour the prepared soup into two bowls. Serve hot!
