Ingredients
- 1 small head Savoy cabbage, chopped (or substitute with other variety of green cabbage)
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 carrots, grated
- 1 handful chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 250 ml Olive-Avocado Dressing
How to Make It
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, onion, carrots and most of the parsley.
- Toss with the vegetables with the dressing and garnish with the remainder of the parsley.
