How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In an ovenproof skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté onions, garlic, peppers and broccoli for about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk eggs. Add milk and cheese. Pour into skillet and stir for 2 minutes.
- Continue cooking in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until eggs have set and frittata has risen.
- Using a spatula, slide frittata onto a cutting board. Divide into 4 equal servings.
