Ingredients
- 45 g rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons plain wholemeal flour
- 1½ teaspoons coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground almonds
- 85 g frozen mixed berries, thawed
- 150 g low-fat plain yoghurt
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven to 170°C (150°C fan/gas 3).
- Place the oats, flour, coconut oil and ground almonds in a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Place the berries in an ovenproof ramekin and top with the oat mixture.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the crumble is golden. Leave to stand for a few minutes then transfer to a bowl.
- Serve the crumble topped with the yoghurt.
