Ingredients
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 1 cup Onions, Diced
- 1 cup Carrots, Diced
- 1 cup Green Bell Pepper, Diced
- 3 cup beef broth
- 2 cups raw Black Beans
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper, Ground
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 pound cubed pork
- 1 tbsp tapioca flour
- 2 cups Water
How to Make It
- Put all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
