Ingredients
- 1 portion batter for Belgian waffles
- 4 oz (100 g) good quality dark chocolate, 70% cocoa solids
- 5 oz (150 g) good quality white chocolate
- Melted butter for cooking
How to Make It
- Make the waffle batter according to the basic recipe.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over but not touching a pan of boiling water, then mix it into the batter.
- Coarsely chop the white chocolate and fold it into the batter.
- Warm the waffle iron, brush it with melted butter and cook the waffles for 3–5 minutes.
