Ingredients
- ¾ cup apple juice
- 1½ cups strawberries
- 1 tsp lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup beets, cooked and cooled
How to Make It
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into molds, add sticks and freeze 3-4 hours.
