Ingredients
- 4 pounds cubed lean beef
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- ¼ cup almond flour
How to Make It
- Marinate beef in wine, oil, thyme and pepper for few hours at room temperature or 6-8 hours in the fridge.
- Add beef with marinade and all other ingredients to an Instant Pot. Make sure that lid is locked, press “Stew/Meat” button (35 minutes on high pressure).
- Rest for 10 minutes after completion or let it sit on "Warm" for 20 minutes and pressure will be released naturally.
