Ingredients
- 100 g low-fat ricotta cheese
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 wholemeal wrap
- 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
- 2 teaspoons honey
How to Make It
- Preheat a sandwich press.
- Place the ricotta and cinnamon in a small bowl and mix until well combined.
- Spread the ricotta over one-third of the wrap. Top with the banana, then roll up to enclose the filling.
- Place the wrap in the sandwich press and toast for 3–4 minutes until the wrap is golden and the mixture is heated through.
- To serve, cut the wrap into quarters and drizzle with honey.
