Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes (cubed)
- 12 pieces of bacon
- 1 pepper, diced
How to Make It
- Lay your bacon down on the skillet, and cook until crisp. Set aside, then in the same skillet sauté the potatoes for about 10 minutes.
- Once they begin to get golden and soft add in the pepper and bacon and continue to sauté for 5 minutes until well combined. Serve with eggs and toast.
