Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- 1½ cups milk
- 4 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1-2 tablespoons simple syrup or agave syrup
For the Topping
- 4 oz dark chocolate
How to Make It
- Puree avocados, milk and sweetened condensed milk in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Add simple syrup or agave syrup if it is not sweet enough.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for 2 hours.
- Add sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours. For the Topping
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave, stirring every 20 seconds.
- When popsicles are completely frozen,dunk each pop into chocolate. Enjoy!
