Ingredients
- 1 small ripe Hass avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 10 fl oz (300 ml) almond milk
- 2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1 finely grated lime zest and juice
How to Make It
- Place all the ingredients, apart from the lime zest, in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into two glasses, add a couple of ice cubes, sprinkle over the lime zest, and enjoy.
