This muffin is an easy substitute for a bagel or toast. Cut in half, it’s the perfect vehicle for your favorite spread or toppings I like it with gravlax, my Dairy-Free Minute “Cream Cheese” Spread, red onion, capers, and a squeeze of lime, as shown. Or try it with Orange Marmalade! You can make the muffin in either a microwave or a toaster oven. I love using my toaster oven for small jobs like this because it takes less time to preheat, plus it doesn’t heat up the kitchen on hot summer days.

It’s hard to stop eating these delightful appetizers, filled with herbed cream cheese and wrapped in crispy bacon.
For very special occasions, I like to serve this spectacular swirl of strawberries, angel food cake, and cream (three varieties, no less!). It’s not exactly for dieters, but I’ve managed, as usual, to lower the calorie count without sacrificing a morsel of flavor.
A cheap, filling breakfast. Add chile if you want more heat. If you don’t have any tomato sauce, simply blend a can of tomatoes in a food processor, then strain.
I garnished this dish with hibiscus sea salt, which is typically used in Spanish cooking and adds a pretty purple color. But if you can’t find hibiscus salt, you can also season it with regular sea salt.
There is a fantastic little brunch place near us that makes the juiciest, most flavorful sausage bake. If you’re looking for a fast yet amazing brunch dish, you must try this recipe! If you plan on serving four people, it’s easy to double the recipe.
This is a comforting dish that comes together in just one pan and takes fewer than 30 minutes what more could you want? I love cauliflower with some curry and coconut milk the flavors blend beautifully together. This is a great recipe year-round.
Noodles Sicilian style! This is one of the most truly Italian recipes I can think of although of course I had to change it up just a bit to fit our Keto Paleo lifestyle. I’ve removed the grains and added good fiber. You’ll be surprised by just how much flavor it has!
