I like to explore traditional flavors from many different countries. Trying new condiments keeps your diet varied and healthy, as we tend to develop sensitivities to the foods we eat over and over. I hope you will love this Mediterranean combination of spices!

This is a nice substantial salad and a really good vegan dish. There’s protein, fibre and lots of flavour – ticks all the boxes for me. It’s super quick to make with ready-cooked or leftover lentils but if you want to cook some yourself, see my tip on here.
This vanilla ice cream is completely dairy-free but is still delightfully creamy and decadent. You’ll enjoy this delicious treat on its own, served with your favorite fruit (it is wonderful with fresh, pitted cherries), or as a sandwich filling for my Gingerbread Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches.
This dessert can be baked as a coffee cake or sweet loaf bread, and it tastes like a pecan cinnamon roll! This bread can be baked in a loaf pan, but for a festive appearance, bake it in a Bundt pan. For a glaze, you can use the Hot Cross Buns glaze topping, or dust with powdered erythritol. For those who are not counting their carbs, you can add ½ cup of raisins to the batter with the dry ingredients.
