I wasn’t sure if my kids were going to like this meal since I wasn’t a fan of fish when I was a child, but after I made this the first night, they asked for it again the next three nights in a row!

When I was growing up, my mom often made stuffed cabbage rolls with rice. Instead of rice, I add a few eggs. When scrambled into small pieces as they cook, eggs resemble rice. I think cabbage rolls taste even better this way!
This recipe yields a lot of meat, but the leftover pulled pork makes great BBQ Pulled Pork Hash with Eggs.
