Ingredients
- 1 cup GU Chai (Asian chive- Chinese leek which looks like noodles growing inside the bamboo)
- 1 cup of baby asparagus
- ½ cup green shredded papaya
- ½ cup raw Nori (soaked in warm water for a while)
- ½ cup Mung bean sprouts
- ½ cup fresh baby green peas
- Pinch of red ground chili (optional)
- 1 tbsp black rice vinegar
- 1 garlic clove
- Pinch of ground white pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp tamari
- Salt
How to Make It
- Place all the ingredients into a glass bowl and mix.
- Marinate and let them stay for 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving.
