- 2 cups olives (green, black, purple, or a combination)
- 1 pint pickles, store-bought or homemade
- Selection of deli meats (1 pound total), such as sliced ham, pastrami, and/or prosciutto, or ½ recipe Teriyaki Jerky Selection of cheeses (1 pound total), such as Brie, Halloumi, sliced fresh mozzarella, sharp cheddar, and/or goat cheese
- 6 Prosciutto and Arugula Roll-Ups
- 6 Purple Pickled Eggs or 6 Classic Deviled Eggs (omit for egg-free)
- Crudités, such as sliced cucumber or carrot sticks
How to Make It
- Place the olives and pickles in two separate bowls and set them on a large serving platter.
- Roll up the deli meats and place on the serving platter. Place the cheeses, roll-ups, pickled eggs, and crudités on the platter.
