This is the perfect after-school snack to make ahead of time and keep in a covered container in the refrigerator. Give it a shake to remix. Or, you can freeze it in ice pop molds or an ice cube tray to make a cool dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup vanilla soy yogurt
- ½ cup mixed fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries; you can also use cherries)
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
How to Make It
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients and purée until smooth.
