Health benefits of Horsetail Tea

Horsetail tea side effects
Pregnant, children, those having kidney stones and nursing women are not recommended to use the horsetail tea. Nausea, electrolyte imbalance, fever, deficiency of thiamine, muscle weakness, skin problems and abnormal pulse rate are the side effects of horsetail tea if it is taken in excessive amount. It should not be consumed with the combination of licorice or alcohol. Those who have weak heart or deficiency of thiamine should consult the doctor before using the horsetail tea.
