Tokay grape

The name “Tokay” refers to several distinct food and beverage items. In California, it is used to describe a variety of large, purple-red, and sweet grapes that are commonly cultivated in the region. In Hungary, the term is used to describe a type of sweet white wine. Additionally, in California, there is also a dessert wine that is referred to as Tokay, although it is not actually made from Tokay grapes.
