Tai Chi

A form of exercise that involves moving the body very slowly and deliberately through a sequence of poses. All of the poses are done while standing. In some forms of Tai Chi, a sword is incorporated into the poses. Tai Chi is considered a form of “moving meditation,” but contrasted with Qi Gong, Tai Chi involves much more movement, while still paying attention to the breath and keeping the mind clear.
