Steamed potatoes

Begin by scrubbing the potatoes to ensure they are free of any dirt or impurities. Next, you have the option to either remove a 4-inch strip of skin from the center of each potato or peel them completely, depending on your preference. Once prepared, transfer the potatoes to a steaming apparatus. Steam them for approximately 1 hour, or until they reach a tender consistency that can be easily pierced with a fork.
