Smegma

An oily secretion with an unpleasant smell which collects on and under the foreskin of the penis.

White, cheesy secretion of glands of the foreskin.

The secretion of the glands of the foreskin (prepuce), which accumulates under the foreskin and has a white cheesy appearance. It becomes readily infested by a harmless bacterium that resembles the tubercle bacillus.

A thick, cheesy secretion formed by the sebaceous glands of the glans penis. A bacillus, closely resembling the tubercle bacillus morphologically, develops readily in this secretion.

Secretion of sebaceous glands, specifically, the thick, cheesy, odoriferous secretion found under the labia minora about the clitoris or under the male prepuce.

A buildup of sebaceous gland secretions beneath the foreskin in males who haven’t been circumcised, often resulting from inadequate hygiene, is known as smegma. Infections caused by fungi or bacteria in smegma can lead to a condition called balanitis, which involves inflammation of the foreskin and the tip of the penis.

A thick, paste-like substance found under the foreskin and surrounding the vaginal entrance.
