A leaf with the blade all in one piece (although it may be deeply cleft), not compound.


One leaf blade attached to a leaf stalk (compare Compound leaf).


A leaf that is not compound; has a single blade.


A leaf that is not compound, ie, not divided into leaflets; it may, however, be lobed or toothed.


A leaf that has a single leaf-like blade, although this may be lobed or divided.
