Roselle

A magnificent plant that produces stunningly bright red calyxes, which are the protective outer leaves of the bud, is commonly used to create flavorful jellies and beverages. Additionally, the leaves of this plant may be used to add a delightful tangy flavor to a wide range of dishes, including soups, stews, and salads. This plant is also known as Indian sorrel, and in India, it is referred to as “sour-sour” or “masha.”
