Panchakarma

An ancient Ayurvedic fivefold detoxification and rejuvenation method involving herbalized oil massages, steam therapies, enemas, a cleansing kitchari diet, and other toxin-purifying practices.

They are: vomiting (vamana); purgation (virechana), medicated oil or decoction enema (basti); bloodletting (rakta mohsha); and nasal administration of specific medication (nasya).

Ayurvedic purification of the intestinal tract by induced vomiting and the administration of several kinds of enemas.

A comprehensive program rooted in Ayurveda, focusing on thorough cleansing and detoxification of the body.
