Silent sinus syndrome (SSS)
Rare clinical entity characterized by unilateral enophthalmos and hypoglobus secondary to thinning and inward bowing of the maxillary sinus roof in the absence of signs or symptoms of intrinsic sinonasal inflammatory disease.
