  • Uterotonic

    Giving muscular tone to the uterus. Increasing the tone of uterine muscle. Substance that has toning effect on the whole reproductive system. Muscular tone of the womb.

    An agent that stimulates the uterus (and often employed during active childbirth).

    An agent that relaxes the muscles in the uterus.

    Relating to the uterus or the womb. Pertaining to the uterus; a substance that strengthens and tones the uterus.

    A substance that causes wheals to form.

    Formation of stone in the urinary tract (kidney bladder or urethra). Urinary tract stone or calculi. The occurrence of calculi within the urinary system.

    Pain on urination; often associated with urinary tract infection. Discomfort that occurs during the act of urinating.

    Relating to the genital and urinary organs or functions. Related to both the urinary and reproductive systems, also known as urogenital.

    Pertaining to the passage of urine. Having to do with urine or the organs of the body that produce and get rid of urine. Related to urine; involving the presence or production of urine.

    Is an inflammation of the urethra caused by infection. Any inflammation of the urethra, whether from external irritation, overly acidic or scalding urine, passage of stones, or an active infection of the canal.
