  • Cyanotic

    Marked by cyanosis. Of the nature of, affected with to cyanosis. The skin displays a discolored appearance, ranging from shades of blue, gray, to deep purple, stemming from an inadequate oxygen supply.  

  • Cut-off value

    The optical density (OD) reading of reference serum in an ELISA test which differentiates a positive from a negative result.  

  • Cut-off score

    A score on a test used for selection below which no person is accepted. The selected to maximize the number of successes and to minimize the number of failures.

    Blood vessels relating to the skin, cutaneous.

    A shared way of interacting socially, that has been present in a group for a generation or more. A generally accepted practice or behavior by a particular group of people or a social group.

    A student who is so limited in mental, social, physical, or emotional development that institutional care or constant supervision at home is required.

    A handicapped child below the trainable level for which custodial care is desirable.

    The teeth used to tear food. The canine teeth. There are two cuspids in the maxillary arch and two cuspids in the mandibular arch. They fall between the lateral incisors and the first premolars.  

  • Curvature of field

    In optics, a condition in which the center of the field is in focus but the margins are out of focus.

    Changing the nature of the curriculum in view of (a) changed conditions in society, (b) new educational knowledge about the psychology of learning, and (c) new technical knowledge.
