    A specific set or sequence of movement exercises used to treat learning problems. A therapeutic method used in treating children and adults with brain damage. The patient is guided through movements such as creeping or crawling, based on the theory that undamaged sections of the brain will develop the ability to perform these functions.

    A residential system in which the husband brings his wife to live with or near his parents.

    A system of tracing descent in which only one of the four grandparents is the direct line of descent.

    Control of the family or other groups by the male.

  • Patient package insert (PPI)

    A leaflet included in a drug package that describes how to use the drug. It includes information about the drug’s purposes, hazards, and side effects, patient medication instructions.  

  • Patient medication instructions

    Printed information dealing with drugs and their effects are made available to physicians for distribution to their patients, the goal being to enhance the drug’s effectiveness, patient package insert.
