Premorbid adjustment
Referring to mental health, the social and sexual, of an individual before a psychosis is diagnosed. A person with a good premorbid adjustment tends to have been relatively normal in interpersonal and sexual adjustment, while those with poor premorbid adjustment tend to have been inadequate in social and sexual relations.
