  • Pressure-compensated flowmeter

    In psychology, a demand made on another person. The action of squeezing or forcing something. The force of something on its surroundings. Mental or physical stress caused by external events. Force or stress applied to a surface.

    Receptors stimulated by a change in pressure.  

  • Pressor

    A substance that elevates blood pressure. Referring to a nerve which increases the action of part of the body. Raising blood pressure. Stimulating, increasing the activity of a function, especially of vasomotor activity, as a nerve.
