  • Frosting

    Soft and succulent fruits like grapes and fresh currants can be coated with superfine sugar to achieve a crisp, effervescent texture. This delicacy can be served as a dessert or used as a garnish.

    A supple cheese originating from France that is typically consumed during the summer season. It is prepared by straining the thick curd to remove the whey, and is usually served with a sprinkling of salt and pepper, along with various herbs.

    Despite the fact that it has never been widely embraced in the United States, the edible frog (known as “grenouille” in France) is a truly exquisite delicacy. Only the hind legs are used and are sautéed in butter. The meat has a subtle flavor that is akin to chicken flesh.

Prior to cooking, leftover vegetables, cheese, meat, poultry or seafood are stirred into the mixture.     Refrigeration units, commonly known as freezers, have seen a surge in popularity and are now considered a valuable asset for households. Moreover, they are of utmost importance for commercial setups that serve a large clientele.

    A lengthy, reddish-hued smoked sausage, derived from finely chopped pork or beef and pork, or fowl, typically served alongside mustard and/or fermented cabbage on an elongated, tender bread roll.     Frangipane was initially a jasmine-scented perfume that lent its name to an almond cream enriched with the fragrance. The term now typically denotes a miniature tart filled with a mixture of almond flavoring. Additionally, it is also used to describe a variation of choux pastry.
