Although widely touted as being safer than its predecessors, some patients receiving this drug have developed insomnia, anorexia, and worsened depression. Injectable benzodiazepine antagonist that reverses sedation associated with either clinical use or abuse of these drugs; potential side effects include seizures, especially in patients who have overdosed on both benzodiazepines.

An antimetabolite used to treat solid cancers (e.g., adenocarcinomas).
