  • Capital punishment

    Infestation of the large intestine with the roundworm Capillaria. Treatment is with thiabendazole or albendazole.  

  • Capillaria philippinensis

    A species of roundworm discovered in the Philippines. It causes severe diarrhea, malabsorption, and enteric protein loss in humans; mortality is high.  

  • Capillaria

    A genus of parasitic nematodes.
