    Distention of the tunica vaginalis testis with chyle. The occurrence of fatty lymph fluid beneath the membrane that envelops the testicle, typically observed following the rupture of lymphatic vessels in cases of elephantiasis.

    A tumor of the intestinal lymph vessels containing chyle.
