Male pseudohermaphroditism
A condition in a male marked by a small penis, perineal hypospadias, and scrotum without testes, thereby resembling the vulva. This condition can be due to disease of the adrenal gland or a feminizing tumor of the undescended testis.

Female pseudohermaphroditism
A condition in a female marked by a large clitoris, resembling the penis, and hypertrophied labia majora, resembling the scrotum, thus producing a resemblance to male genitalia. This condition can be caused by disease of the adrenal gland.

Pseudohemoptysis
Spitting of blood that does not arise from the bronchi or the lungs.

Pseudohematuria
A red pigment in the urine that makes the urine appear to have blood in it.

Pseudogynecomastia
Excess adipose tissue in the male breast but with no increase in glandular tissue. An increase in the size of the male breast resulting from the accumulation of fat alone. This condition is alternatively referred to as lipomastia.
