Lymph system

When illness or infection infiltrates the body, the immune system assumes the forefront role in safeguarding against them. A significant component of this defense mechanism is the lymphatic system. Lymph, a crucial component, is transported throughout the body by lymphatic vessels equipped with valves and muscles to facilitate fluid movement. Along this intricate pathway reside lymph nodes, functioning as filters to intercept detrimental substances. Collectively, this intricate network of vessels and nodes is referred to as the lymphatic system.
