Little’s area

A region located close to the front of the nasal septum (the dividing structure between the nostrils) that is abundantly endowed with blood vessels and frequently serves as a location for nosebleeds.


The region of mucous membrane located on the front part of the nasal septum. It is often prone to small erosions and is the most frequent location for nosebleeds to originate.
