A hereditary condition wherein the heart is positioned on the right side of the chest instead of the left (referred to as dextrocardia). This anomaly is linked with irregular cilia (hair-like projections) within the airways, leading to compromised mucus clearance and subsequently causing bronchiectasis and sinusitis.
