Mongolian spot-like cutaneous lesion over the shoulders, supraclavicular areas, sides of the neck, scapula areas, and upper arms. It is present at birth and tends to disappear with time, usually by age 4 or 5. Although cosmetically undesirable to some, the lesion is benign.
