Green goddess dressing

Green Goddess dressing is a creamy dressing typically made with mayonnaise, sour cream, anchovy fillets, green onions, fresh tarragon, parsley, lemon juice, and vinegar. It was named after the play “The Green Goddess” and was popularized in the 1920s at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco. It is often used as a dip or dressing for salads, vegetables, or seafood.
