Gonioscope

A lens for measuring the angle of the front part of the eye.


A special lens used for viewing the structures around the edge of the interior chamber of the eye (in front of the lens). These structures are hidden behind the sclera just beyond the edge of the cornea and are not accessible to direct viewing.


An instrument for inspecting the angle of the anterior chamber of the eye and for determining ocular motility and rotation.


An ophthalmic instrument employed for examining the eye, including the anterior chamber. This device comprises a magnifier and a lens integrated with mirrors, which are positioned on the patient’s cornea.
