Feijoada

Feijoada, a dish considered to be the national cuisine of Brazil, is prepared by cooking black beans alongside various meats and seasonings before serving with yellow rice. It is a classic boiled dinner and is typically composed of at least four different varieties of meat, in addition to sausages. The cooking liquid is often infused with the tang of orange juice and wine, elevating the dish’s flavor profile.
