Dover beater

An exclusive mechanism devised for vigorously mixing eggs or whipping cream. The expedited, cyclical motion, conducted manually through the manipulation of a lateral handle, results in the turning of a wheel. This, in turn, drives two sets of blades that interlock and operate together to efficiently and rapidly incorporate air into the ingredients being whipped. The device’s dual-blade system surpasses the capabilities of a solitary fork or perforated whisk.
