In the realm of Ayurvedic medicine, an ancient healing system, there exist three fundamental constitutional types known as vata, pitta, and kapha. These constitutional types serve as the cornerstone of Ayurvedic principles, guiding the diagnosis and treatment of individuals based on their unique combination of vata, pitta, and kapha characteristics. By understanding and balancing these constitutional types, Ayurvedic practitioners aim to promote overall well-being and restore harmony within the body and mind.
